    A nice apartment, but an overall disappointing experience due to several issues and poor customer se

    The apartment was pleasant, spacious, and clean. It provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

    The location was less central than I expected and not particularly convenient for sightseeing. Collecting the key from a lockbox across the street was also complicated, as the box initially wouldn't open. The biggest issue was having no hot water for approximately a day and a half. Despite reporting it immediately, no alternative solution was offered, and I had to take a cold shower. The hosts' response was very disappointing. My request for compensation went unanswered for almost two weeks, despite repeated follow-ups. Overall, a disappointing experience despite the apartment itself being nice.
