Excellent base in the middle of Florence in a beautifully presented apartment
Bufalini Boutique Apartment is very comfortable for a couple like us, modern and very nicely presented. It is in a fabulous location at just one block from the Duomo and all the restaurants that surround it. It's pretty much equidistant at about 10 mins easy walk to the major Florentine attractions of the Uffizi Gallery and the Academia. The apartment is on the 1st floor with easy access by elevator if stairs are a problem.
The only drawback we can point to is the amount of street noise, as via Maurizio Bufalini carries a fair bit of traffic and with the Santa Maria Nuova hospital just down the street, ambulance sirens are quite commonplace. Further, revellers returning from night time explorations were often really noisy passing in the street during the wee hours of each morning.

Great place, fantastic location!
There are so many things going good for this apartment: (1) The location. It is most centrally located that it is a 2 minute walk from Duomo. (2) It has excellent shopping areas nearby, grocery stores, such as CONAD, Carefour Express etc. (3) The host is very responsive. Now the most important part: The apartment : Very well maintained, very spacious, and has all the facilities needed. We simply loved this apartment and wouldn't mind living here a long term. Very safe neighborhood as well. If I ever visit Florence again, I am blindly choosing this place and going to stay here! This place even has a Washer and Dryer, where we did our daily washing as well! Great value...
Night-time (probably till midnight) street noise comes into the bedroom. But that rarely bothered us; we slept like logs! So, we have nothing to compalin about.

Mucho mejor que las fotos, realmente es un departamento muy cómodo y espacioso. La ubicación es muy buena (a media cuadra del Duomo) aunque de noche es una zona muy tranquila y pudimos descansar muy bien. Fundamental el AA en verano, funcionó perfecto.
