  Our new happy place in Pollença

  Located in the heart of the town so ideally located for restaurants and shops etc. traditional town house that has a contemporary feel downstairs so a good mix and a lovely house to spend time in. The rear yard area was really well thought out with a splash pool, lounge areas and a covered dining/BBQ area which we used a lot. Good wifi coverage and towels and sheets changed regularly to ensure our comfort.

  Middle open room with the open staircase is not really a usable space, as the traditional small chairs and side table are not conducive with a comfortable space. Ideally we’d like a comfy settee and chair in there so there is an alternative space to sit and relax rather than everyone having to be in the living room all the time. Likewise the settee in the tv room was great but the footstool come storage seat was very uncomfortable. Ideally a proper comfy suite chair should be put there so you’re not having 4 adults trying to sit on the settee at the same time. It would enhance the comfort and enjoyment of the guests staying there.

  Absolutely lovely place, went with friends & the space was perfect and comfortable

  Beautiful place. Luxurious and every attention to detail. Brilliant location & very close to old town

  Nothing to not like. We just had an issue with waste disposal as we weren’t given the bins until later in the week.

  Great location but bit noisy

  Great location and spacious Lovely outdoor space. Cute (tiny) pool

  Not enough sun loungers Lighting was very clinical Noise from nearby building work (and road traffic) Would benefit from inclusion of some very basic food items such as salt and oil
