It was easy to get extend the stay.

Wrong contact details of the Property care taker in the booking.com and eventually spent 20-30 minutes at the gate to get the keys and then the floor number. There was no follow up with the guest for arrival and property details to make arrival smooth. AC not effective, takes too much time to cool the room. Noise from grinding machine, seems like maintenance work starts from 0800 am, which was annoying.
