    Our stay was fairly average, the site staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. The property was clean but damp.

    The property was in a good location to explore West Cornwall

    Good location and well equipped. Comfy lounge and good beds

    Bathroom is tiny and poorly lit. Bedrooms are small - I would suggest max 3 people
