Un lugar para, disfrutar, jugar, relajar y ejercitar. Es un combo completo
Que espacio más bonito, un lugar para renovar las energías y sentirte bien contigo mismo. Hay una barbacoa y también un horno de piedra para hacer pizza, hay billar, mesa de ping-pong, tienes la opción de tener clases de surf, yoga, incluso Reiki. Hay muchas posibilidades para sentirte cuidado y amado, hay un gym también para los que no puede estar sin hacer los ejercicios diarios. A parte que Sofia es un amor de persona, extremamente amable, respetuosa, cuidadosa. Al igual que Luna que también es puro amor. Me encantó conecerlos y volveré más veces sin duda

Huge basement with pool but quite outdated
To have a house and garden, a pool and outside kitchen/ barbecue was cool. Easy access in a residential area quite central to visit north and south of Lisbon. Sofia who lives above is friendly. Beds are comfy.
The place needs a serious clean up/ renovation to charge such prices. It is the huge basement of the house and has a lot on paper but most is old/ broken/ dirty. I can fill an entire photobook of it: pans, yogamat, flat tires, bathroom old and way too small in relation to the rest of the house, no proper light in the kitchen, also not outside etc etc). I would advise the owner (not Sofia apparently) to spend some time and money upgrading the place in and outside (including airco, mosquitonets and dishwasher) to continue in that price category. Otherwise reduce the price to better manage expectations or target younger or bigger (surfing) groups for example.

Déçu pas réellement une maison un garage , tout est vétuste, mauvais rapport qualité/prix
C est spacieux , le billard et la tranquillité. Sofia est très gentille .
Le logement se situe dans le garage de la maison de la propriétaire, tout est vétuste , extérieur pas entretenu, vaisselle sale, une poubelle sale y avait une bouteille dedans. Salle d eau à refaire pas très propre, couette jaunie, cuvette des WC qui bouge, lave linge fonctionne mal , pas de décapsuleur, économe , pas de passoire. Extérieur pas entretenu, piscine propre meus abîmée/ vétuste cf photos Ça sent le renfermé. Cela ne vaut pas 270€ la nuit .
