    As we all know, accommodation prices in Rome are overrated. With a little more care and maintenance, this apartment could offer a much better experience. Besides that, the location is excellent. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was in very poor condition and sank significantly, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We also had an issue with the Wi-Fi. Communication with the host was generally good, but the initial response seemed to downplay the problem, even though the network itself wasn’t even visible on our phones. Overall, the apartment is okay and benefits from a great location.

    A Wonderful Stay near from the Colosseum!

    The room was great, and the location couldn't be better near to the Colosseum! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was just the right size for two people, and the bathroom was perfect and excellent. Giuseppe was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs. Although breakfast isn't included, that's not a problem at all, as there's a great little place right downstairs where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and other tasty treats. Having an elevator was definitely a big plus, especially when carrying luggage. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the particular room we chose required climbing some stairs, which could be a challenge for guests with reduced mobility. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel near the Colosseum, I highly recommend this place!
