Wonderful apartment
The apartment was wonderful. Large living room, separate kitchen and good sized bedroom. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The location was great and fairly quiet. Musicians sometimes play late at night in the square. It’s located between the train station and the Uffizi.
Nothing really, but we did have to wait about 35 minutes for someone to let us into the apartment, which wasn’t a problem for us.

Bad
They never answered, I had to book somewhere else… I was left outside with my children until midnight! They mentioned it was a mistake from booking that accepted my reservation but either way I had such a stressful experience with my kids under the rain!

One of the best travel experiences I’ve had
This cozy spacious apartment at the historic center is close to everything, including 12-minute walk from the train station (we did it with heavy suitcases). Entrance to the building is from the Holy Trinity Plaza where (for a small tip) every day you can enjoy a concert by professional musicians and opera singers. Windows are facing opposite from the Plaza side providing spectacular rooftop view of the main landmarks. You will enjoy hourly bell ring from the Cathedral and birds chirping in the morning. Light-blocking curtains in the living room and window shutters in the bedroom will allow you to sleep later (which I would not recommend as you don’t want to waste your time while in Florence). We greatly enjoyed our one-week stay here (that felt like home) and were sad to leave. Host is very pleasant and provided us with requested things shortly. This place has everything for comfortable living. Absolutely love it! I already recommended this place to my friends.

Great Florence stay
Great place. Great location. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.
No bench or table in bathroom to place toiletry bag on. Though that seems typical with mist hotels in Italy from my experience so far.
