  Surprisingly they have room (apartment) service, we booked around a week there, and I believe three or four times we came back from our tours, and figuring out that we have new towels, toilet facilities, even they were folding my thrown clothes!

  Communication was an obstacle, like they were sending us the room service randomly instead of communicating with us to check for our preferences. Also something that bothered us was that we weren’t allowed to invite outsiders (my sister and her husband), even for a glass of tea, but after they came already, with a negotiation with the manager, he allowed it once, with a time restriction. We had a problem with the location also when we were to arrive, they have like a second building, couple of streets of the original.

  Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Łóżka wygodne, a woda w prysznicu gorąca, więc dobrze rozluzniała po całym dniu zwiedzania Stambułu. Lokalizacja jest idealna, blisko centrum i przede wszystkim bardzo blisko T1 (tramwaju), którym łatwo przesiadać się na metro czy autobusy. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry. Widać, że bardzo mu zależy na komforcie swoich gości. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z naszego pobytu

  Apartament wymaga odświeżenia oraz renowacji niektórych mebli, ale dla nas był wystarczający

  Cuando vuelva a Istambul repito alojamiento

  Nos gustó todo. Nos cancelaron el vuelo y llegamos 24 horas mas tarde y de madrugada. No huvo problema porque las llaves se recogen en una cajita de seguridad, cosa que es muy comoda. Tampoco nos pusieron pegas por llegar un dia mas tarde aunque nos dijeron que su politica era cancelar la reserva si el cliente no se presenta (nosotros avisamos). La comunicacion con el alojamiento fue siempre rapida y fluida a traves del chat de booking, cosa que agradecimos mucho. La ubicacion es perfecta si se busca un barrio con ambiente muy local y muy autentico en Istambul. Hay de todo y se llega caminando a los principales puntos de interes de la ciudad (Mezquita azul, Gran Bazar, Puente galata...) A nosotros nos encantó la ubicacion y el barrio donde esta ubicado. La habitacion es muy simple, una cama y un baño, pero no necesitabamos nada mas. La ducha muy comoda, nos hacian la habitacion cada dos dias y habia siempre toallas limpias.

  Por decir algo, no hay persiana en la habitacion y la luz entra muy temprano. La ventaja de esto es que te activas mas pronto para salir a conocer la ciudad.

  La habitación estaba bien, cerca del centro (10min andando)

  No estuvimos en este apartamento, al estar completo nos mandaron a un hotel, por lo que solo tuvimos una habitación con su baño privado. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, te lo sirven frío y son 3 rodajas de pepinillo, tomate y pimiento, 4 aceitunas, un poco de miel, un huevo cocido y poco más. Los zumos de la máquina no sabían, solo salía agua. Además, la cama tenía una sábana que se quedaba pegada al cuerpo y la hacía muy incómoda.
