Great location and family flat
It’s a great location for jumping on the tram and getting to every stop along Blackpool! The flat was great for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids.
They weren’t ready for us at a 1pm confirmed arrival despite having booked and confirmed months ago and a 5 hour drive so we had to wander for 30mins-45 mins but it made me slightly nervous that the place wasn’t clean completely due to the quick turn around to have it ready.

Good location, next to tram stop. On site parking
Outside for 45mins, couldn't check in. You have to call a number and no one answered, my call was forwarded. Local residents lucklily pulled in and advised on where to collect our keys so we let ourselves in. The room door was open. The bedding had not been changed it had hairs on the pillows and makeup marks. The towels were stained and the bathroom floor covered in dark hairs, the previous people obviously had a shave and it hadn't been cleaned. The shower was dirty and limescaled up. Rusty shelving and mold around the seals. Advertised as 4 and 5 stat accomation and it probably was in 1940. I don't mind outdated at all but dirty and basic hygiene standards were completely missing. We paid for 3 nights and left after two. The hallways strongly smell of cigarettes and the blinds in the living room are hanging off or missing. The price does not reflect the accomadation standard. This is the first bad review I have ever made after years of traveling the world and don't want to hurt someone's buisness but this was not good enough.
