So good we intend to return.
The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The ensuite facilities were great. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The owners were very friendly. There is a mill in which the owners mill their own flour and make their own bread. The history of the place gives a whole other quality to your stay. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like.

Burcott Mill Guesthouse exceeded all our expectations. Staying in a beautifully and lovingly restored historic mill offers a uniquely charming, atmospheric experience. We were especially struck by the wonderful hospitality of Louise and her husband, combined with a genuine, commendable commitment to environmental sustainability. It is fantastic to enjoy local zero-kilometer products and, best of all, the artisanal flour produced directly on-site at the mill. A truly rejuvenating, sustainable, and unforgettable stay!

Great location (Opposite a pub!). Great for a visit to Wells. Good opportunity to buy some flour and bread prepared right on site! Excellent breakfast.
