Apartment needs TLC
The location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Staff very friendly and communication leading up to our visit was great.
The apartment we were assigned was very tired. The sofa was so uncomfortable that even the kids said they couldn’t sit on it. Made for relaxing in the evening not very enjoyable. Most disappointing though was the listing stated “all apartments offer a spa bath and a large balcony offering superb ocean views”. This is why we booked this place. On checking in we were on the 2nd floor and you can only see very small glimpses of the sea through the trees. Very misleading. The whole apartment needs a bit of love. The tap in the bathroom would come off every time you used it. Another reason we booked was because they had a games room with a pool table but it had an out of order note on it. Also couldn’t play tennis as no balls on that particular day.
