    it was ok but with problems with check-in

    I arrive into the apartment after 3P.M. (check-in time) and the keys were not available in the a lock box because the cleaning stuff were cleaning the room. I had to call and wait for the host's reaction to find out why the keys and the apartment is not not ready yet.

    Ciezko dostac sie do obiektu . Na domofonie nie jest czytelnie . Informacje zeby wejsc do srodka mialy byc wyslane na zameldowanie okolo 15 a dostalismy okolob16

    Nie wiem co napisać.

    Dużym atutem obiektu jest lokalizacja. Długo szukałam miejsca, w którym syn, który jest w spektrum autyzmu mógłby się wyciszyć po dniu spędzonym na plaży. Duża zaletą jest też podziemny parking, strzeżone osiedle oraz udogodnienia w mieszkaniu - pralka, zmywarka.

    Na dzień przed planowanym wyjazdem dostałam wiadomość od właściciela, że wskazówki do zameldowania oraz kodem dostępu do kluczy dostanę w dniu przyjazdu około godziny 15. Jechałam prawie 310 km. Od 14.00 co 10 minut sprawdzałam czy już mam wiadomość ze wskazówkami i kodem. Godzina 15.00 wiadomości brak, 15.10 nadal nic nie ma. O 16.05 byłam na miejscu i nadal nie dostałam żadnej wiadomości. Zadzwoniłam, pani z infolinii powiedziała, że wiadomość została wysłana ale coś ją zblokowało, więc musi się rozłączyć żeby jeszcze raz mi ją wysłać. 16.30 nic nie dostałam, a z infolinii nikt nie odbierał i nie odpisywał. Nie widziałam co mam robić. Sama z dwójką dzieci a w tym syn w spektrum. Myślałam, ze zostałam oszukana i szukałam już nowego miejsca żeby móc się zakwaterować. Po godzinie 17.00 dostałam cały instruktaż. Super. Byliśmy prze szczęśliwi. Ale myślicie, że to koniec ? Nic mylnego. Godzina 18.00 dzwonek do drzwi, a tam pięcioosobowa ekipa sprzątająca, która mówi że muszą posprzątać mieszkanie bo nie zdarzyli. Poziom stresu jaki miałam tamtego dnia jest nie do opisania. I przykre jest to, że od obsługi apartamentu nie dostałam żadnego słowa wyjaśnienia, a o przepraszam nie wspomnę.
