    Ideally placed hotel for walking into York, also very handy to have a car park.

    Very convenient to walk into centre of York, secure and quiet. Nice room, comfy bed and very nice bathroom with a great shower. Staff were very polite and good choice at breakfast which was very good.

    There is a bar, but was told on arrival it is only open between the hours of 4pm until 8pm, maybe should state on the website. Bottles of water would be a good idea in rooms, seems to be standard in most hotels now. Bit more choice of fruit juices at breakfast.

    Room was spacious and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was lovely.

    Room didn't have a fridge.
