Uns wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt, dass ein Kakao-Talk oder ein Instagram-Account zwingend notwendig für die Kommunikation und den Check-In ist. Auf Nachfrage, warum man nicht über booking kommunizieren könne, wurde gesagt: Das ist nicht möglich. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr unansehnlich.

The location is very nice, the room was clean
There is only one small elevator for 17 floors - the waiting time was long, and sometimes you can't enter because it is already full. The check-in information was sent only 15 min before the actual check-in time, so you can't save it in advance in case you won't have internet. You need to buy the specific type of garbage bag by yourself, even one is not provided. There were only 1,5 toilet paper rolls for 3 days. When we asked if there were more available, we got an answer "we left enough".

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect , just steps away from the beach. I would come back again. The self check-in process was smooth and easy. Although there isn't a reception, they respond to messages very quickly whenever you need assistance. As a foreigner without a local number, I had no problem contacting them through KakaoTalk, very convenient.
