    Our stay was good but the whole experience was ruined by how the owners handled the brokerage fee pay back.

    It was comfortable

    We paid R1000 brokerage fee which was supposed to be paid back to us if we did not break anything. We left the house as we found it, with nothing broken but our brokerage fee was never paid back and the owners are not taking our calls.

    Location alone doesn't equal comfort...

    The location is superb, we had elephant visits on 3 days. Wi-Fi availability was also a huge plus point.

    For the price point one would expect a cutting board, a can opener, a wine bottle opener and better quality knives. The absence of a dressing table in the main/upstairs bedroom is a big discomfort and cracking/lose tiles in the same bedroom speaks to the need for maintenance. The unit is definitely not a 3-star, but it is starting to lack what one would come to expect of a 4-star unit. The braai area is also in need of some serious attention, this specifically is sub 3-star quality. These issues are easily fixable and if addressed, will contribute positively to the overall experience, given the supurb location of the unit.
