    Das App. bietet alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht und liegt verkehrstechnisch optimal.

    Es war ein Appartement. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Das Appartement (mit leicht zu bedienendem TV) war gepflegt und sehr sauber, was auch für den Sanitärbereich galt. Man muss dabei berücksichtigen, dass das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist je nach Schritttempo in ca. fünf bis zehn Gehminuten am Mainzer Hauptbahnhof und in ca. drei bis fünf Minuten an der Haltestelle Bahnhof West mit einem umfangreichen ÖPNV.

    De eigenaar was zeer agressief, eerst wilde hij extra gemeentelijke kosten in rekening brengen, later wilde hij extra kosten voor schoonmaak in rekening brengen, terwijl deze kosten al betaald waren. Ik heb reeds meerdere meldingen bij booking.com gedaan wegens het extra in rekening willen brengen van kosten achteraf. Dit is verboden. De kosten dienen duidelijk en helder in de boeking te staan. De mensen in het gebouw zelf waren vriendelijk en meegaand. Voor hen wil ik terugkomen en ik kreeg veel complimenten. Superlief van deze mensen! ❤️ Kan de verhuurder een voorbeeld aan nemen. Trap dus niet in deze oplichtingstrucs/uitbuiting..
