Borzalom Prágában
Jó az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak, de úgy gondolom, hogy ez szinte az összes prágai apartmanra elmondható, ami a központban van.
A szállásadó feltöltött képei nem fedik a valóságot! Mindkét szoba franciaágya le volt szakadva, kifeküdt, büdös matracokkal van borítva. Fejrésznél szétkoptatott, elsárgult huzattal. A falak 2 méteres magasságig retkesek, de ezt úgy értsd, hogy minden helyiség mindegyik fala! A fürdőszobabútor szétázott, a tükör hátulja már málik. A zuhanykabin ajtaját szét szaggatták már. A konyhaszekrény alja szintén szétáztatott, a mosogatógép elhanyagolt, evőeszközből a képen szereplőhöz képest jó ha a harmada meg volt. Első este négyünk közül hárman hidegvízben fürödtünk, mert a kazán csak 35 fokra volt állítva, ezt később magunk orvosoltuk a hőfok emeléssel. Ha mindez nem lenne elég, az utolsó esténken az apartman külső ajtajába sikerült véletlenül beletörnünk a kulcsot, bemenni be tudtunk még, de egyből jeleztük a szállásadónak, hogy a külső ajtót nem csukjuk be távozáskor, mert így - ebben az állapotban csak bentről volt nyitható az ajtó. Egy nap elteltével 100€-os kártérítést kér tőlünk egy törött kulcs miatt! Mindezt úgy, hogy az apartmanhoz természetesen használt kulcsokat kaptunk, illetve a 4 ajtóból /amin át haladsz a bejutáshoz/ 3 ajtóban csak egy felé használod a kulcsot, mert kívülről nincs kilincs, csak gomb fogantyú! Minden állításomat képekkel tudok igazolni.(írtó dühös vagyok)

Good location. Large bedrooms
Check-in instructions not clear enough to find the doors/ lift to apartment. Too little cutlery for 5 people. Second set of keys would have been nice.

Checkin instructions were to the point and easy to follow. Apartment was close to most of the attractions and close to so many restaurants. We had an issue with hot water but Alex quickly acted on it and it was all good...
