    Guten Tag, ich habe vor Wochen ein Zimmer im Dorf gebucht. Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen. Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Daher habe ich kurzerhand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in eurem Haus nächtigen.
