L'hotel è in posizione molto centrale, la via in cui si trova è piena di negozi e ristoranti, la funivia per il Monte Tianmen è a pochi passi. Le camere sono spaziose e arredare in stile, tutto l'arredamento è in legno, il bagno è spazioso, il personale non parla inglese ma si aiuta con il traduttore. La stanza è dotata di molte prese di corrente, ciabatte e set cortesia, c' è una lavanderia ma non ne abbiamo usufruito, accettano di tenere i bagagli dopo il check out. Al momento della prenotazione ci ha contatti una collaboratrice che parla inglese e ci ha aiutato nella prenotazione delle varie attività, si chiama Winnie ed è molto gentile, ha prenotato tutto quello che ci serviva senza chiedere pagamento anticipato, un bel servizio. Come plus alla reception c'è un meraviglioso cagnolone .
La struttura non dispone di ascensore e le scale in legno sono veramente molto ripide, meglio tenerne conto che si hanno problemi nella deambulazione. Gli asciugamani sono del tipo tessuto non tessuto, in carta e monouso (ma è un problema mio che non amo la carta)

Accueil froid. Lieu pas chaleureux. C’est vraiment dommage. L’annonce vante une vue sur les montagnes qu’il n’y a pas (ou plus).

Verbleven 1 nacht in deze kamer ivm ons bezoek aan het natuurpark. Super romantisch en vlakbij de kabelbaan. Lunch pakketjes werd er gegeven. kamer had alles wat je nodig hebt. Communicatie was fijn op whats app ivm het bestellen van kaartjes voor het natuur park

Lage ist praktisch. Gute Restaurants in der Straße. Sauber. Es gibt einen schattigen, ruhigen Gemeinschaftsbereich.
Einrichtungsstil ist geschmackssache. Hilfe des Personals beschränkt sich auf das Mindeste und ist nicht sonderlich offen. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.
