    Good

    The apartment is how it looks in the photos. It was clean, safe and comfortable. There is no key to the main building but there is someone there 24/7 to let you in and out. The pool was clean. The washing machine worked well and the kitchen was well equipped.

    The communication in the lead up to my stay wasn't great. I booked 4 days before arriving and immediately received a message advising my booking wasn't confirmed until I made payment. I reached out multiple times to pay and it took them 3 days to respond. The air conditioning is great but there are motion sensors so it turned off overnight. The heat rises to the top level which doesn't really cool down especially with the motion sensors. The toilet doesn't flush very well. Some of the furniture was quite worn and had a number of white stains on them. The door to the balcony off the bedroom had a padlock so I wasn't able to use that space.
