Live like a noblity
The location is excellent and makes getting around very easy. The place is beautiful and we wete lucky enough to be offered an upgraded room. The bed was comfy and we spent 3 very peaceful nights. We did not try the restaurant as we had other plans. Breakfast was fine.
It woald have been nice if the bread at the breakfast had been freshly baked.

Das Quartier liegt inmitten einem schönen Garten, der zum Spazieren und oder Laufen einlädt! Sehr ruhig, mitten im Grünen, buntes Frühstückbuffet im gemütlichen Wintergarten. Freundliches Personal. Tennisplatz. Kinderspielplatz. Gut sauber.
Zwei Tage vor der Ankunft fragten wir nach wegen Auto aufladen und behielten eine positive Antwort, ohne etwas weiter von Ihnen zu hören, haben wir uns darauf verlassen und kamen fast leer an, nur um die Nachricht zu erhalten, die Ladestation sei kaputt. Rezeption unbefraut, die Gastgeberin liest keine Nachrichten, alles musste telefonisch ausgemacht werden. Keine Infrastruktur in Gehabstand. Zimmer lässt sich nicht von innen zusperren.

Several noted inconveniences but beautiful facility & grounds, short drive to nearby Edmund & Wild gorges.
Beautifully maintained Italian manor & grounds. Comfortable accommodations, good breakfast.
I made online booking en route, within several hours of arrival, so didn’t see their follow up email notification of payment in local currency only, had USD & Euros. They were unable to take credit card payment but after several failed attempts they accepted USD, but we lost on conversion. Our room was upstairs but elevator was not accessible from the building entrance for arrivals, strange that the closed reception & elevator were on the opposite side of arrivals, not accessible. Owner carried one bag upstairs but on departure we carried two 49 pound bags down because elevator not accessible to exit door??? All wellness use was A la carte pricing, haven’t encountered that anywhere else. Dining in nearby village only accepts local currency no cards.

אחוזה ממוקמת 10 קמ מהעיר הקרובה.רגוע ושקט שלווה אמיתית. האחוזה מתוחזקת היטב והחדרים גדולים ומרווחים. ארוחת הבוקר צנועה וטובה . האחוזה מוקפת בגנים מטופחים,מגרש טניס משובח ושבילי הליכה מקסימים. מעל הכל המארחת מאירת פנים וזמינה בכל עת למתן עצה ועזרה. המיקום מאפשר טיולי כוכב בעיקר בצפון מערב צכיה וגם לדרזדן הסמוכה בגרמניה הגענו.
