  Great Location and Ideal for Families.

  Truly exceeded our expectations for our family trip! From start to finish, it was practically perfect, especially traveling with a little one. The location is unbeatable. Being right in the heart of BGC meant we were surrounded by so many malls (Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi ) and endless food options. Landers Supermarket right downstairs (or Marketplace at the Uptown Mall) is available. Running out of diapers or just needing essentials is just a few minutes away. The fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine were huge plus during our stay. Being able to prepare simple meals and snacks for our little one was invaluable. Washing baby clothes, bibs, and all those little essentials constantly was effortless. These are the things we truly appreciate when traveling with a toddler. Dealing with the property contact was easy. Communication was almost instant whenever we had a question or needed something minor. Quick, clear, and friendly responses made everything feel smooth and worry-free. It really makes a difference knowing support is readily available. This apartment is ideal, especially for families.

  We enjoyed our stay overall, but a few small improvements would make it even better: The bathroom and room lighting, especially in the bathroom, was quite dim, making it difficult to use. Additionally, while personal preference varies, switching the room lights from yellow/warm white to a brighter, cooler white light would significantly improve visibility and ambiance. The furnishings and cabinets felt delicate and showed significant wear. The cabinets were particularly noisy when opening/closing and appear quite dated. And the kitchen utensils seems untouched for a long time so when we used them, we have to wash them thoroughly before using. The stove is dirty and some parts of the kitchen have molds. Lastly, the parking instructions could be clearer, specifically regarding the visitor pass process for Tower 2. To avoid confusion, it should be explicitly stated that after obtaining the vehicle pass from the Tower 1 concierge and parking, visitor must then proceed to the Tower 2 concierge first, obtain a visitor pass there. This crucial step wasn't immediately obvious from the initial instructions.
