Disappointing stay
This apartment is in a great location close to the Vatican.
I booked it as it is listed as wheelchair accessible using the universal symbol for this. I filtered by this when searching as I was travelling with my disabled mother. The apartment is not accessible. There are steps up to a lift which was not indicated in the description and the lift is not wheelchair accessible as it is so small. Luckily we did not have a wheelchair otherwise we would not have been able to access it at all. When I contacted them they were not understanding and said booking.com have left it vague and would not take responsibility for the misleading listing. Also the apartment was not clean. The shower was unusable as the drains smelt so bad. We could not use that bathroom for the stay and if the door was left open the smell would spread through the whole apartment. The bin area under the kitchen skin smelt so bad as well and clearly was not cleaned. We were unable to use the kitchen because of this as well. Over all the apartment was not worth the cost. It is a great location and big but unclean and not accessible.

Buena ubicación.
El piso es amplio y la ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del Vaticano.
El ascensor es demasiado pequeño y antiguo. No caben ni 2 personas con maleta y el piso está en un 5to. Además, el check out se supone que es a las 10:00 (que ya es temprano), y a las 9:00 nos enviaron un mensaje de que ya debíamos dejar el piso y desconectaron el wifi/internet. Nos pareció feo y no había necesidad.
