  A localização é boa. Perto da praia, perto de varios restaurantes, perto de um supermercado, perto de ponto de ônibus e com vaga para estacionar na rua. Na casa tem um terraço bem agradável.

  Ficamos 8 dias e tinha apenas 1 toalha de banho para cada pessoa. Teria uma taxa extra de 60 euros para toalha extra. Foi muito desagradável. O ar condicionado é somente na sala. No verão, deve ficar bem quente nos quartos, apesar de ter ventilador. A casa é boa, mas a sala e cozinha sao pequenas. Talvez para 4 ou 5 pessoas fique apertado. Na cozinha falta uma air fryer ou forno. Também senti falta de material de limpeza.

  Wer es urig mag

  Perfekte Lage in einer urigen Umgebung. Eine schöne lebendige Promenade, mit schönem Strand und Andalusischen Flair. Die Unterkunft selbst hat ihren Charme. So wie ich mir eine Typische Südspanische Bleibe vorstelle, zweckmäßig. Wenn wieder Urlaub in Spanien ansteht, dann werde ich mich wieder für diese entscheiden.

  Parkplatzfindung eher schwer. Es gibt jedoch bewachte in der nähe, zu recht fairen preisen. Alternativ fahren Busse, in kurzen abständen die Innenstadt an oder man bewegt sich mit dem zweirad fort.

  Läget och att det fanns 3 ganska stora sovrum med stängd dörr.. Nära till stranden, busshållplatsen och till matbutik.

  Ljudisoleringen var dålig, man hörde allt från gatan, både från bilar men även folk som gick utanför. Städpersonalen levde inte upp till förvätningarna. Det skulle fiinas ett välkomstkit med tvål, diskborste, disktrasa, diskmedel och soppåsar i lägenheten. Men de kom inte med den förrän sista natten, trots kontakten med kontoret på vår första dag som var väldig responsiva och professionella. Det fanns endast 1 ganska tom schampoflaska och små handtvål påsar som skulle räcka max för 1-2 dagar för oss. Vi fick köpa eget.

  The seaside property was beside the sea which could not be accessed because the promenade the entire length of Pedregalejo was dug up. Every single cafe, restaurant and bar was permanently closed because they could not be accessed because the promenade was dug up. There are no other places to eat in Pedregalejo and no other ways to access the beach. The entire area is a building site, with all of the noise, dirt and ugliness you expect to have on a building site. We had booked the property for 4 weeks and this continued for the whole of our booking period. We were not told prior to booking that this work would be going on. We were sold this property under false pretences. It was impossible to stay in this property under these circumstances, let alone have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The property owner refused to refund any of the 1,330 euros we paid for the month. Booking.com agreed that it was unacceptable but still refused to refund anything because the property owner refused to agree to a refund.

  *DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES* there is nothing that could be considered acceptable about this property or the property owner under any circumstances. You cannot possibly have a peaceful relaxing holiday here unless you are a blind and deaf hermit. There are no restaurants, bars or cafes open in the whole of Pedregalejo and you cannot access the beach without clambouring over the building works. You cannot be on the beach without hearing the constant noise of heavy machinery and with the dust and dirt landing on you. I can’t stress enough how awful this place is. The property owner, Dani, was extremely unhelpful, refused to accept that there is a problem and refused to acknowledge that we couldn’t stay at the property. He is rude and deliberately misinterpreting and twisting my complaint to belittle and undermine any concerns to justify not providing any refund in a completely unreasonable manner. He is totally unethical and you should be very wary of booking any of his properties as you cannot trust what he says about them.
