Location was great for us. It was easy to get in. the hosts were responsive in general. The apartment was fine and had a good kitchen set up. Great for a 2 night stay in the old Ghetto Area.

Some more soap from the start, but not a major deal. WE could have asked for more.

If the beds are replaced, I would definitely choose to stay at this property again on my next visit to Venice.

Our stay in Venice was overall excellent. The apartment has a great location, and the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and ensured we felt well looked after. The only drawback was the comfort of the bed and sofa bed, which could use an upgrade. I mentioned this to the manager during our stay. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would happily recommend this property, especially for a family of four.
