    Beautiful property in La Spezia

    The property was super clean and had such gorgeous views of the harbour. It is also conveniently located next to a bus stop from where you can take the bus to the central spezia station for a day out in cinque terre. Parking was nearby though you have to climb a set of stairs. The host Emilio was wonderful and met us on arrival and explained everything about the house and the town. The room was a great size and both beds were very comfortable.Special touches like dishwasher tablets, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, detergent for the washing room add to the convenience. Emilio has very carefully thought about what is needed for a comfortable stay and provided it. We loved our stay. Thank you Emilio

    Facilities said iron available but we didn't find it which might just be us not being able to find it . A microwave would be something that can be added. It's just a minor thing but it shouldn't deter anyone from booking the property. We would highly recommend it.

    Struttura pulita, spaziosa e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Il proprietario molto accogliente e gentile.

    Purtroppo la struttura é situata su una delle strade principali e quindi i rumori delle auto e moto possono dare fastidio durante le ore notturne. Inoltre, le numerose scale prima di arrivare all’appartamento risultano essere faticose.
