    The location was great, but the low ceilings and strong smell of dampness made our stay less comfortable than expected.

    The property was in a great location, which made it convenient for exploring Venice.

    The ceilings were very low, and the property had a strong smell of dampness. It was on the first floor, and the damp smell in one of the rooms was so strong that it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

    Lamentable por parte del propietario, no indica código de entrada a la casa

    No reservéis alojamiento, no nos mando el código para poder entrar y llegábamos por la noche. Además, después de intentar llamarle por lo -10 veces ni siquiera nos cogió el teléfono. Pudimos entrar porque el cajetín estaba abierto. Y al día siguiente nos canceló la reserva y nos dejó en la calle después de tener todo reservado con él. Pese a decirle que viajo con mis padres que son personas mayores y que fin de semana y no íbamos a poder conseguir alojamiento en Venecia siguió sin quitarnos la cancelación de la reserva. Por lo que nos vimos en la calle y no nos ofreció ningún tipo de ayuda.

    Appartement très bien situé, mieux adapté pour 4 plutôt que 6. Odeur épouvantable d’égout.

    L’emplacement. Lits confortables dans les 2 chambres principales. Accès facile, nous avons pu déposer nos sacs un peu plus tôt grâce à Lorenzo. 2 salles d’eau, c’est pratique.

    L’odeur épouvantable et l’humidité. Appartement adapté pour 4 et non 6: dans la 3e chambre c’est un canapé lit et un ventilateur mais surtout l’odeur y est insupportable. Il n’y a pas 6 sièges. Plusieurs étaient cassés. Nous avons du refaire la vaisselle car tout était sale et collant.
