A great place to stay in the heart of Venice
Quiet location where everywhere was walkable. Felt safe and secure and had everything we needed. Great to have a little balcony too
Only difficulty was getting out of the building. We couldn’t work out how to open the main door from the inside without using the key!

Buona sistemazione: appartamento grande in ottima zona
La posizione di questa struttura è il suo punto di forza: in una zona molto comoda (vicino alle Fondamente Nove), è però anche molto tranquilla, nonostante le finestre aperte. Le dotazioni di cucina sono buone, molto apprezzato il balconcino.
Si potrebbe migliorare l'aspetto pulizie, in generale; l'aria condizionata è presente, ma solo nella "zona giorno", e rumorosa.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen (ruhige Straße, gemütliche und große Wohnung, gute Betten) und die Gastgeberin war über WhatsApp gut erreichbar und hat uns auch schon mehrere Tage vor unsrer Ankunft hilfreiche Informationen zur Anreise geschickt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nettes gut ausgestattetes Appartement von wo man schnell alles Sehnswertes erreichen kann
Nettes einfaches Appartement im 1.Stock mit allem was man so braucht inkl. Balkon. Sehr gutes Bad und Ausstattung mit W.D. und Handtüchern. Es ist keine Luxusunterkunft. Die Küche mit 4 Gas-Kochfeldern und der Ausstattung war klasse. Grosser Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Toaster. Leider ist der Ess-Tisch wirklich nur für 3 Leute gedacht. Die 2 Schlafzimmer waren grosszügig und die Betten gut. Es gab noch Spiele und Bücher zum Lesen. MEGA: Glasfaser Internet !
Es steht eine Klimaanlage für die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung, welche ziemlich laut ist. Die schafft es auch nicht mit dem angebrachten Hinweis die gesamte Wohnung wirksam zu kühlen. AMEISEN! Die Ameisen in den Blumenkästen von Balkon strömen in Massen in die Küche um Wasser oder Nahrung zu suchen. Da muss man dringend was machen. Müll: Ich frage mich ernsthaft was man machen soll, sollte man an einem Sonntag das Appartement verlassen. Den Müll wird man am Samstag und Sonntag nicht los an der Müllentsorgungsstelle. Achtung !!! Der Preis scheint für Venedig im Sommer wohl normal zu sein, aber ich empfinde es einfach zu teuer.
