Way too hot for summertime rental plus parking downtown next to impossible. Stay close to the lake or don’t go.
Beautiful view…. Beautiful older Property, nice pool…..but TOO HOT….no ventilation.
No fans…. no ventilation, extremely hot, next to impossible to sleep. We were told up-front there was no air-conditioning, but had there been some window fans it would’ve made it palatable….. we asked for fans, but there was no response….we left early….too hot…cost us over $600 plus additional lodging…..this house should not be rented in the summertime when it’s hot…. Host told us the owners weren’t interested in putting money into the property….. so don’t rent it out when it’s hot. We feel like we deserve a refund…. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful, memorable, perfect
We loved our stay in Menaggio. Ksenia was really helpful and the property is so special. Great view of the lake. The pool was perfect size for our small kids and we had all the facilities we needed.
Not about the property but we did struggle to park in Menaggio sometimes. Obviously this isn’t a criticism of the property which is why we have given it full marks. But it should be borne in mind that it isn’t always easy at the peak season (we came straight after Ferragosto)
