Overall good. Would recommend. Some quirks to the place but all workable.
The agent was sweet - waited outside in the heat/humidity while my train was delayed. Great location - generally well-appointed. Super comfortable to chill. Had friends over for drinks and great atmosphere.
Wish I had use of the washing machine esp during these hot/humid days. There was one but it had a lock on it. Aircon had some issues staying on - upstairs only seemed to work if a specific light switch was on. Downstairs...never had success getting it running. Old entrance door needs some patience to get it open.

It was a really great experience. I would definitely come back!
It was very nicely decorated and everything was super clean. There’s not much counter space in the bathroom for toilettries but it’s alright. Location was perfect. Communication was very clear and easy. Would recommend.
I wanted to use the air conditioner to heat up the place but it mulfunctioned somehow. Since I was staying for a short time, I didn’t ask them to fix but I’m sure they’d get to it right away. Just ask how to/how not to use it. Might get chilly in the apartment. Also putting a few bottles of water in the fridge could be a good idea :)
