    Well appointed flat with all mod comforts

    This property is very spacious and has all modern comforts for a stay in Venice. It located down a private alley, with a pergula of vines growing just outside the front door. The private entrance makes it very safe. It’s literally opposite the waterbus stop in Giudecca and it’s a great base for a long weekend to explore Venice. I wish we could stay longer.

    Habe die Wohnung sehr geschätzt, vor allem die Ruhe und die lautlose, gut funktionierende Klimaanlag

    Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist nicht sehr einladend, es steht viel Gerümpel herum. Am Abend beim Heimkommen ein bisschen unheimlich, die automatische Beleuchtung funktioniertz schlecht.

    It was best place to stay. The house was clean and neighborhood was very cozy and quite. Nearby there are good bistro and cafe:) water bus station is located right in front of house area! I highly recommend here to stay! Especially the manager was soooooooo kind!
