Light, airy and great customer service

Lovely light and airy space and very clean. We found it very quiet as well. Really good restaurants and bars 5 mins away. Vaporetto stop also 5 minutes away. Fantastic customer service.

Electricity tripped but awesome service from Cristina and Luca to fix it quickly.

Overall, this was a great place to stay and decent location

The apartment was well furnished and clean. There was ample toiletries in the bathrooms.

All of these are minor but: 1. Paper towels in the kitchen 2. A better explanation of the heating/cooling system. ( ours was turned completely off at the unit, which was unfamiliar to an out of country tourist) 3. Counter space in the bathroom 4. Clothing washing machines were musty.
