    Lovely location, huge apartment. Well equipped. Comfy sofa bed. Clean. Quick reply by chat (bot and people). Bialetti for coffee in the morning.

    None of this is really the property’s fault but important to know before booking: No AC, they do have fans which only help so and so with 30 degrees outside. Lots of mosquitoes because of the sea and park. Beds are futons so if you struggle with mobility it might be hard(er) for you to get up again.

    The apartament is very spacious, comfotable and absolutely perfectly located for visiting Venice from a quiet and beautiful part of the city.

    A stunning apartment which is a great base to explore this wonderful and unique city.

    The location was absolutely wonderful. We were in a residential area but could see the main sights from the living room window. The vaporetto stop was very close by which made everything easily accessible.

    There were a few random steps inside the apartment which presented a challenge at times.
