The position was great for St Marks and all of that area. Close to San Stefano Sq with good cafes (Moros in particular)

The apartment communal area did not really seem set up for 5 or 6 dining together, if there were more than 3 people at the table it was hard to access the kitchen. The dishwasher had a lot of black marks which we discovered was because it wasnt washing properly, when we told Views on Venice they sent an engineer who said it was not repairable. I wonder if they already knew that? Luckily we did not cook anything that needed a lot of washing up! The beds were ok but the twin room bathroom did not seem ultra clean my son said. The Attic room was tiny with a shower in a 'cupboard' and a toilet in another 'cupboard'. We booked this apartment but I dont remember reading it was up 3 floors! No lift and a lot of steps!! Be warned if, like me, you knee or hip problems.

    Great apartment and hosts

We really liked the apartment. It was clean, had AC in every room, was beautifully decorated (modern, warm, and with Venetian style), and was in a great location. Also, the service provided by Amir and the rest of the staff was excellent.

Beautiful apartment in a great central location in Venice.

Beautiful apartment centrally located in the heart of Venice; they helped us book a private water taxi and met us there which was a short 3 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 5 people. They provided recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

This was likely user error but 2 of the 3 showers had scalding hot water and we couldn't figure out how to get it turned to cold to make it more comfortable.
