    Check-in had a frustrating start: the front door lock gave us trouble, and we couldn’t get in because the property manag

    It was centrally located

    The check-in experience was very disappointing. The host arrived late to meet us, rushed through the arrival, and left immediately after collecting the city tax without explaining how to use the front door keys. Because the door mechanism is tricky and requires specific instructions, we ended up locked outside. We called five to six times with multiple text messages and sent WhatsApp messages with no response. We were only able to get help from owner after sending an escalation message through Booking.com, at which point the owner finally contacted us to explain how the keys worked. Appreciate owner for immediate response but the property manager support was lacking.

    Great location, but lacking facilities for more than two people and for the price point.

    The location was ideal, allowing easy access to San Marco. The apartment was also clean.

    There is one shower, and it is small. There is a bathtub with a shower wand in a second bathroom, but it is not a shower. The washer and dryer were not accessible for use, and wifi was also not accessible. The rules regarding disposal of garbage were also strict and hard to follow.

    Great location apartment a let down

    The property was in a fabulous location. There was loads of space for everyone.

    The management team were beyond useless we had a few different problems. The first response didn’t help at all and then they never bothered to respond after that. The WiFi didn’t work the entire stay I asked and asked so we ended up having to go to cafes for WiFi. There was mould on the wall in both bedrooms. The beds were the most uncomfortably rock like hard beds I’ve ever been on and the main bathroom with a lovely bath didn’t have a plug. I asked for one and they said they couldn’t give it to me for safety reasons. Not sure the point of the bath with no plug. We complained to them and to booking.com as it definitely wasn’t up to standards.

    Bien excepto porque el aire acondicionado que dice tener no es aire acondicionado

    La ubicación, la decoración, la limpieza. Todo en general muy bien. Excepto que el aire acondicionado no es aire acondicionado es un climatizador que no enfría.

    En la información dice que tiene aire acondicionado y no lo tiene. tiene unos aparatos de climatización que no enfrian. No es aire acondicionado y hacía un calor insoportable en el apartamento. Abrir las ventanas es la única solución por la noche, pero entonces te invaden los bichitos que suben del canal.
