    Great location, quieter than the central area but still close to everything

    We loved that this apartment is on Giudeca away from the busy part of Venice but only ten minutes on the vaporetto to the station or St Marks. The place itself is older but has everything you need and plenty of little restaurants nearby.

    The place is older so don’t expect it to be shiny and modern but this wasn’t an issue for us.

    La doccia da sistemare, anche le ante degli armadietti da aggiustare, muri scrostati. È una casa con un grande potenziale, andrebbe data una sistemata qua e là.

    Ottima posizione.. di fronte al canale della Giudecca... Vicino alla fermata del vaporetto e numerosi bar e ristoranti. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

    Appartamento decisamente datato e poco curato : lavatrice non funzionante (pur essendo nella lista dei servizi ed in foto al momento della prenotazione), frigorifero piccolo e privo del congelatore... Motivo di disagio! Areazione assolutamente insufficiente... Caldo soffocante nonostante il raffrescatore ed un vecchio ventilatore. Bagno scomodo... Appartamento complessivamente trascurato e poco confortevole. Sconsigliato!
