    Un incubo ad entrare

    Posizione buona x la Biennale. Appartamento carino nuovo e ben tenuto. Letto comodo.

    Non siamo riuscite ad entrare con le indicazioni date dallo staff attraverso messaggi. Abbiamo chiamato i 3 numeri al telefono più volte ma erano irraggiungibili. Abbiamo pensato alla truffa. Finalmente abbiamo scritto e ci hanno chiamato x aprirci da remoto. Stessa situazione alle ore 20 al nostro rientro. In questo caso dopo 3 chiamate ci hanno risposto e aperto da remoto. Pessima assistenza. Pensavamo di chiamare i carabinieri. Il

    Venedig war toll, das Apartment könnte bei besserer, neuerer Ausstattung eine gute Unterkunft sein

    sehr schöne, zentrale Lage mitten in Castello, ebenerdig Vermieter (Agentur) telefonisch gut erreichbar und bereit, Probleme zu lösen

    sehr spärliche Einrichtung: kein Tisch, keine Sessel (nur unbequeme Barhocker), keine Kästen; das zweite "Schlafzimmer" war sehr klein, zu eng und unzureichend beleuchtet; Küche unzureichend ausgestattet

    Good for 2 people (not too tall!) in good location.

    Very cute! Well equipped for a tiny place and also had a washing machine plus airer to dry clothes . Easy to get to by water bus from the station and good cafes and restaurants plus supermarket near by in not crowded an area .

    A shower caddy to place soap and shampoo would be good.
