    A perfect stay in relaxing location!

    A well appointed apartment in a great location. Clean and quiet after a busy day exploring Venice is most welcome. Owner super responsive after a power issue, fixed in minutes.

    Nothing bad to say.

    We had the most wonderful time in Venice. 3 days wasn’t long enough. If we ever come back would happily stay here again.

    The apartment was perfect! There were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, washing machine, and most importantly and fabulous canal at the back door and bedroom windows!

    Nothing.

    We would love to come again next year!

    The location was perfect. Towels and linens were ample for our 2 week stay. The cleaner did an excellent job. We had some hot water and plumbing issues early on which were fixed in a very timely manner.

    We could have used mosquito zappers

    Comfortable apartment in a wonderful location.

    The location was wonderful, and it was very nice to have a full size fridge and freezer as well as a useful kitchenette. There was easy access to the Guglie stop, and many good restaurants and bars were within a 5 minute walk.

    The check out time of 10am was far too early, and is out of line with every other place we stayed. We have stayed at several places in Italy, and the check out time has always been 11 or 13. The other issue was crockery; this was a 2 bedroom house that had 3 wine glasses, 2 mugs, and 3 water glasses. It would be great to have a few more pieces added.
