  Preis Leistung war auf jedenfall in Ordnung!

  Der Außenbereich war gepflegt und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Large war wirklich sehr gut und man kann zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade gehen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man auch schöne Wandertouren starten. Die Unterkunft war war beschrieben.

  Wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen erwähnt wurde, gibt es hier einige Stechmücken sowie Fliegen. Dies lässt sich aber mit den passenden Mitteln im Schach halten. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Einzelbetten sind nicht die stabilsten. Leider sind uns auch 4 Küchenschaben übern Weg gelaufen.

  Ant ridden, dirty house in need of maintenance and care. Homerti property. Read Homerti reviews.

  We love the area. We have visited Puerto Pollença for many years.

  Ants in every ground floor room unfortunately. Coming through every broken window seal, broken floor grout and through the gaps in the marble in the bathroom. Running all along the kitchen surfaces. The house is infested and requires fumigation. We have stayed in villas in this area before and have never encountered this. We had to hose down the outdoor areas including sunbeds, porch and outdoor seating area each and every day and then use a cleaning solution due to the dusty dirt which was kicked onto here every morning and evening by the neighbouring horse riding school. We accepted it and it became part of our daily routine after laying ant powder down twice a day. Some screening would work better than the current shrubs that are doing nothing to prevent it from covering everything and going into the pool. The pool began to build up the dusty dirt over from day one. The pool has 3 nozzles on the steps side which creates a gentle flow about 1 metre into the pool. Unfortunately it goes nowhere as the pools filtration system was either not working or was not switched on. By day 6 the pool was filthy. Homerti were contacted as we requested any way to clean it, even if they could provide us with something (other than a skimmer net which was doing nothing). They told us to use the pool regardless, after sending photos of the build up they refused phonecalls and did not respond to contact. We travelled with 2 young children, one of which is disabled, so we took control of the situation fast. Fortunately we had not booked directly with Homerti and Booking.com stepped in to evaluate and offered us a move to a different accommodation which was a similar sized villa with no ants....no broken grout.....and a beautiful clean pool...which remained clean as it's filtration system worked as it is suppose to. We were also heavily compensated via booking.

  The pool was lovely and we enjoyed being outside of town in a quiet area, yet able to walk to the town centre and beach easily. It's a great villa for families to share.

  We did not receive the code for the keysafe until two days after we had arrived, although we were lucky that the gardener/pool man was there when we get to the villa so could let us in.

  Very Good, and Very Disappointed

  the Views. the Pool

  I Paid £300 in damage Protection and got £267 back Approx even with exchange rate on my Debit Card , I paid Approximately 170 euros in Local Tax for 8 people, but had it confirmed that our Party was Four, NOT EIGHT that's not right !, I expected to get at least £340 back, I am not impressed.

  Amazing, gutted it’s already unavailable for next summer as our son won’t go anywhere else..

  Absolutely fantastic again, we have been coming here a few years as we have an autistic son and he needs similarities to feel comfortable, it’s great to walk to the port and far enough to be away from anybody.
