Beautiful and peacfull stay
It is a very beautiful environment and the yard in which the house is located. For those who like peace and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle. The house is also large and spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Hosta are also very kind.

Sofa , wenig Handtücher, Ausstattung Küche schlechtes Besteck, Töpfe, Tassen uralt und zu wenig . Straßenlärm, Baustelle. Besitzer kommt täglich.

Pleasant hosts and good location, air con in the living room would make it more comfortable.
Location was excellent, only about a 10 minute drive from Alcudia beach and the port and just off the main road that connects Palma to Alcudia. The view from the terrace was beautiful and the terrace is shaded throughout the day making it a pleasant place to relax. Hosts were lovely, one gentleman came most days to tend to his animals in the field below. Good parking beside the house, but in the shade of a tree.
Not permitted to use air conditioning in the bedrooms till 9pm, air con temp fixed at 24 degrees and no air con at all in the living room meant this wasn't an ideal house for us at the height of summer. Email on the day of travel makes it clear air con can be used earlier than 9pm at a cost, but its still only in the bedrooms. Mosquitoes this year were particularly bad (obviously not the fault of the hosts) but it meant many nights we all retreated to our bedrooms at 9pm as the terrace wasn't viable due to the mosquitoes and we were too warm to sit together in the living room. I would stay here again, but earlier in the year when it was hopefully cooler.
