Great location, very friendly staff, great value for money.

Reception staff (or maybe owner) arrived very quickly after we rang the bell (the door was locked). She was so helpful & organised our bus tickets into Venice (€3 return with bus stop literally across the road!!!). Room was nice & clean. Breakfast was lovely continental spread. You could also get scrambled, boiled or fried eggs. Free onsite parking (plenty of room in October not sure what it would be like in peak season though.) Would highly recommend
