    Zentral, gut ausgestattet aber auch zu kalt.

    Sehr zentral. Gute Ausstattung sogar mit einer kleinen Kaffeemaschine. Nett eingerichtet. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

    Leider war die Wohnung zu kalt. Es war Okt und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Auch die Bettwäsche war für die Temperaturen zu dünn. Ich kenne das schon von Venedig. Hatte in der Vergangenheit in anderen Fewo in Venedig nachgefragt, ob man bitte die Heizung ausschalten könnte. Hat nie funktioniert. Diesmal habe ich es einfach hingenommen… Leider war es auch etwas zu laut von der Straße her. Es war ein stetiger Touristenstrom unterhalb von unserem Fenster.

    Cozy apartment in a perfect, central location in Venice.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a fantastic, central location and was a great base for exploring Venice. We were warmly greeted by the co-host, Francesca, who was absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful in getting us to the apartment after Google Maps had sent us around in circles! 😊 Communication was excellent throughout, both before and during our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Despite being situated on a busy Salizada, it was surprisingly quiet and has a super comfy bed. There is also a supermarket conveniently close by. There are approximately 14 steps up to the apartment. There isn’t a handrail on one side of the staircase, so this is something to be aware of for anyone who needs to hold a railing for balance. The wall can be used for support, but it’s worth keeping in mind when booking. Having access to a kitchen and washing machine was fantastic and the air conditioner & bedroom fan a god send. The shower is very small, and you need to enter it sideways! 😄 It can be a little tricky to manoeuvre, but it is functional once you get used to it. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the apartment, particularly for its excellent location, quietness, comfort and wonderful communication.

    Wohnung mit Charme und toller Lage, hilfsbereiter Service. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

    Charmant eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage. Für Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden, incl. Mikrowelle und Bialetti. Kleiner Supermarkt ganz nah. Unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout. Sehr freundlicher Empfang - Danke an euch!

    Wenn überhaupt - ab 3 Personen wird es am Tisch eng.
