Mooie villa, rustig maar centraal gelegen bij Marsala en lagune.

posizione e privacy
accoglienza formale e tiepida come le comunicazioni successive (anche questa è accoglienza e saper fare turismo), tappetino bagno sporco (con chiazze giallastre e peli), igiene della casa non ottimale, arredamento esterno abbastanza trascurato,vecchio e con ruggine, , non abbiamo avuto alcuna comunicazione in merito all'uso del wifi. Pavimento piuttosto sporco. Non si può gestire un alloggio turistico da remoto senza seguire personalmente l'appartamento, l'igiene generale era carente. Non c'erano chiavi per chiudere la porta a vetro e questo ci ha fatto sentire poco sicuri, lo abbiamo fatto notare ma non è cambiato nulla. Nessuna vista del mare, solo l'estremità delle pale del mulino. Cucina sprovvista di essenziali come: forno, asciugamanino, sacchetti spazzatura per la differenziata richiesta (e solo due pattumiere), tazze normali per il latte (trovate solo tazzine piccole in vetro da caffe).Sapone per la lavatrice non fornito. Inoltre, un constante rumore di cani e diversi lavori di costruzione. Sedie da sole esteriori molto vecchie e con ruggine, attenzione per bambini. PS: poco professionale ed etico contattare privatamente il cliente per contestare la recensione creando inutili polemiche, poiché le recensioni servono per migliorare la struttura e rendere il soggiorno del prossimo ospite migliore.

Excellent property in a lovely location.
Lovely house set in its own grounds. Good facilities and well prepared and clean. Directions to find the property were excellent. Very close to the coast with its salt lagoons. Good / excellent restaurants within walking distance. We loved the are and the property.

Solid 8 - for short stay and location for kite surfers.
Recently built/renovated. Close enough for the Birgi kitesurfing area and a quick walk to the salt flats for a great sunset.
- kitchen not built for a long stay for 4 ppl - small fridge, no space, clunky setup with burners and sink, minimal crockery („we don’t have bowls for cereal“) - no soap, no shampoo, no starting coffee capsules - review way too high for what you get - seems like some of it was given when the entire house was rented (mentioning two terraces, full kitchen refrigerator etc.) images not clear of which unit you get. - gate setup a bit cumbersome every time you want to go in/out - maybe provide remote control? - lots of barking - neighbors and owners
