    Again happy with this place

    Returning here for the biennale, and will try to return in 2028! Place with a homey feeling. Not trendy, and glamourous, with new money style, but just the way we like it: a cosy place to stay, with the coffeemachine I had in my student years - love it. Dog welcome. Very close to the vaporetto stop on the main line. Baker, butcher, and fish and fruit markets around the corner. A nice part of town, with all the touristy things nearby, but also the smaller places and alleys less-walked. And Venice is of course the most beautiful city in the world, of which you feel a part when you stay here.

    For us not a problem at all, but be aware that you'll have to walk stairs.

    Sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Gute Lage und eine schöne Terasse über den Dächern. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wir haben öfter gekocht und nichts vermisst. Zum Glück gibt es Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, in Venedig ist das Pflicht. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, haben wir aber im September nicht gebraucht.

    Vielleicht mal eine neue Kaffeemaschine, die vorhandene brauchte ewig.

    Fabulous apartment

    The airiness. Large windows and doors with flyscreens. The location. The wonderful terrazzo floors and the 2 balconies.

    The beds could be improved.
