The room was nice. Unfortunately, we won't keep a very good memory of our stay due to the female receptionist's rude behavior. When we arrived at 9:30 AM (which I had clearly communicated beforehand just to drop off our bags), she greeted us by saying, 'It is so very early to arrive,' and rushed us to leave our bags in a corner and get out. Later that evening, when I couldn't find the entry code, I called the night service at the door. The same receptionist unhelpfully told me to 'use the password' and hung up on me immediately, leaving us locked outside in the dark until another guest fortunately opened the door. Furthermore, while the breakfast was okay, my sister was served a moldy waffle. There was also a persistent sewer smell in our room. It is a shame because the establishment itself is cute and the male receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Très bien situé, dans une rue très calme, bâtiment ancien parfaitement rénové. Grande chambre, bien décoré, avec de grandes fenêtres avec jolie vue. A 5 mn du Vaporetto. Très agréable séjour.
