Un rapport qualité-prix qui reste perfectible au regard du petit-déj. proposé et du tarif de la loc.
Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville.
Nous avions choisi cette location avec l’option petit-déjeuner inclus, car nous apprécions particulièrement les petits-déjeuners complets et copieux. Nous avons toutefois été un peu surpris par la formule proposée, limitée à une boisson chaude et un croissant par personne et par jour, qui ne correspondait pas tout à fait à nos attentes. Ce critère avait pourtant largement influencé notre choix, malgré l’existence d’autres locations à des tarifs nettement inférieurs. Au final, le rapport qualité-prix nous a semblé un peu juste au regard de cette prestation.

Alles Tiptop.
es war alles ordentlich und sauber. Die Lage fanden wir für uns top. Ausreichend Handtücher, sogar Trinkwasser fanden wir vor und auch Kaffeetabs.

Saubere große Wohnung, Parkplatz ist gleich vor dem Haus, mit gelben Linien gekennzeichnete Parkmöglichkeit.
Eventuell ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wären super. Habe ein Schneidbrett vermisst.

Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato piacevole.
Posizione vicina al centro di Sottomarina e al mare, appartamento spazioso (in 4 siamo stati belli comodi), disponibilità’ di parcheggio, host disponibile.
Avrei gradito la presenza di kit essenziali tipo olio/sale/zucchero, scottex in cucina (o asciugamano). La posizione al piano terra impedisce qualsiasi tipo di vista e l’assenza di un balcone o comunque di un piccolo spazio esterno per l’asciugatura delle salviette e’ un punto a sfavore
