    Отличное месторасположение, собор Св. Марка в пешеходной доступности. Идеальный вариант для тех, кто хочет в полной мере насладиться колоритом Венеции, пожить в жилом квартале с видом на канал. Квартира очень удобная, большие отличные кровати, удобный обеденный стол, хорошо оборудованная кухня. Отдельная благодарность хозяину за подробные инструкции по поиску квартиры, в Венеции сложная навигация и без них мы бы не справились.

    perfect spot to stay, we were 6 for 2 days Biennale and it was perfect and really not expensive, thanx!!

    extremely friendly host, who would allways answer within minutes😀cool spot to conquer the city, clean, good air conditioning and quiet, lots of good restaurants and bars/ supermarket very close

    maybe the shower would need to get a litte fresh up, lookes a bit too used, (but it s still perfectly functioning) you may miss the pretty details/ colours/ textiles that the fotos show, they aren t there any more

    La situation exceptionnelle dans une ruelle typique au calme mais proche de nombreux bars. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Literie et climatisation au top. Tout l’essentiel pour cuisiner. Une grande table pour dîner. Du café disponible. Petite vue sur le canal. Grands rangements. Communication OK.

    À Milan et Florence, les taxes de séjour sont annoncées sur booking et redevables par virement. Ici elles sont annoncées après et sont à laisser en cash. Compter 60€ pour 5 personnes et 3 nuits.
