Perfect location for SailGP Valencia!
Great location for the marina, we were here for SailGP. Alfonso was really helpful in letting us drop our bags early. He also gave me loads of suggestions for places to have breakfast and coffee. Really appreciated the coffee pods. Super clean and light apartment. Bed in the double room very comfortable.
The beds in the twin room were really uncomfortable, maybe think about refreshing them. I'd suggest to get something than can be zipped together into a double and you can give your guests an option of a twin or double. The shower was very small and with a shower curtain which barely stopped the water escaping. I'd recommend you update your profile to provide more details on the coffee machine you have on your profile (I expect booking.com only let you say "coffee machine" - over three sets of accommodation I had three different types of coffee machines!). We struggled a bit with the speed of the WiFi.

Position: very close to the subway, to the beach and Marina Port, good restaurants
During our stay the building next to the apartment was under renovation. Due to terrible hammering noise since early morning was not possible to stay inside the house. Asked for a 50% refund, the host returned 15%. Moreover, no elevator Small and stinky shower

Piacevole, buona posizione se vuoi vedere il mare di Valencia.
La distribuzione delle stanze, gli spazi, la pulizia e le attenzioni per il cliente (erano disponibili ombrelloni e altre attenzioni utili), bagno ampio con finestra. Ben collegato con il centro città . Ottima posizione per visitare il mare.

Disponibili molti accessori in cucina: olio, aceto, sale, zucchero, te, macchina del caffè e cialde. Ombrelloni e asciugamani per la spiaggia. Alfonso è stato molto gentile e disponibile. A 10 minuti dalla spiaggia a piedi e comodo x prendere i mezzi.
