    Decepcionante

    La recepción se atraso una hora y no contestaban los llamados. Alquilamos un duplex y nos llevar9n a un mono ambiente, luego de negarme a ese lugar fuimos al duplex. Totalmente congelado,con falta de preparación para recibir huéspedes. Los calefactores no funcionaban con lo cual compramos leña. Prendimos el hogar y bajamos los colchones y dormimos amontonadas en el piso alrededor del fuego. Nadie se hacia cargo de nada, Se pasaban la bola una a otro. Luego de amargarnos el primer día de alojamiento en vez de disfrutar, más la mañana de día siguiente y reclamar q me cobren como mono ambiente. Nos pasaron por debajo de la puerta la diferencia entre duplex y mono. Decepción absoluta. Luego nos enteramos qué lo hacen con todos los huéspedes. TODAS as cabañas q ofrecen TIENEN PROBLEMAS, por ejemplo SIN AGUA. En nuestro caso ademas de lo contado , como el agua del a cocina helada. Afuera sin luz, una cueva de lobos, la parrilla super sucio, el parque sin cuidado. DECEPCIONANTE
